Warranty Policy
Ébénisterie création K&K products are guaranteed against any defect in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year following the date of delivery. The warranty is only valid under normal use and for the use for which the product is normally intended.
Product damaged during delivery/shipping
If you received an item damaged or defective at the time of delivery, including but not limited to products damaged during delivery, the warranty applies. You have 30 days to report a damaged or defective product received to our team.
Exclusion of warranty:
Damage or defects resulting from the following situations are not covered by the warranty:
accidents
Negligence
Misuse and/or Abnormal Use
Modifications and/or alterations to the product
Commercial use of the product
Normal wear due to normal use of the product
IMPORTANT:
Wooden beds and furniture are generally more durable than plastic beds and furniture, but they can sometimes break. Although wood products are designed to last for many years when treated with care, our products are not guaranteed against breakage due to wear and normal use. The advantage of beds and other wood products is that they can easily be repaired with carpenter's glue and then enjoyed for many years to come!
Possible solutions:
Depending on the nature of the defect or damage and the availability of the product, we will offer you one of the following resolutions, at our discretion:
One or more replacement part(s)
A replacement item
Compensation in the form of store credit
